Return Eligibility

Custom Items: We accept returns only for defective or incorrect custom items. Custom pieces are handcrafted using your own botanicals and cannot be returned for change‑of‑mind reasons.

Non‑Custom Items: We accept returns for non‑custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will organise a replacement or repair.
