How to Create Your Keepsake
Step one
Place Your Order
Take your time choosing a style, colour and metal finish. For a ring, add your size in the order notes, or I can send you a ring sizer.
Step two
I Will Send You a Kit
I'll post you a small kit with everything you need and clear, gentle instructions, so you're never left wondering what to do.
Step three
Made by Hand
I’ll let you know when your package arrives. Your piece is made by hand in my Chuwar studio, usually within 6–8 weeks.
Step four
Home to You
Once it's finished, your piece is wrapped with care and posted back to you, along with anything that wasn't needed.

What Can Be Included
Only a very small amount is needed. If you have something in mind that isn't listed, you're welcome to ask.
Ashes
A small portion of cremation ashes, set within the resin.

Just a few strands, gently set within the resin.
Petals & Botanicals
Very small petals and pieces of flowers from the service, dried and pressed by hand.
Fabric & Thread
A few threads from a piece of clothing or a ribbon that held meaning.

Choose your piece, your colour and your metal finish, then place your order. Once I receive it, I'll post a small kit to you with gentle instructions. You can take your time with it.
Only a very small amount, about 1/4 teaspoon. The kit includes a little container and guidance, so you won't need to measure anything precisely.
Yes. Along with ashes, I can set a few strands of hair, small pressed petals from the service, or a few threads from a piece of clothing or ribbon. If you're unsure whether something will work, you're welcome to ask me first.
In lighter and more translucent colours, small flecks are often softly visible. In deeper or shimmer colours they blend in more. If seeing them matters to you, let me know and I'll help you choose a colour that suits.
Each piece is made by hand once your package arrives with me. Please allow around 6 to 8 weeks from that point. I'll keep you updated along the way.
Yes, each pendant comes with a matching 45 cm chain. If you'd prefer a different length, add a note to your order.
Leave a note with your order and I'll send you a simple ring sizer to use at home.
Anything not needed for your piece is returned to you with your finished jewellery, handled with the same care.
Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, cleaning or using lotions and perfume. Store it on its own in the pouch provided, and wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
That's completely fine. There is no time limit on this. You're welcome to reach out whenever it feels right, even if it's just to ask a question.
